Rover Jackets is committed to customer satisfaction. We aim to offer only high-quality jackets and clothing. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can always return or exchange it, or get your money back, based on the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving the order. To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The product must be returned in its original condition.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Products that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, alterations, or missing tags may not qualify for a return or refund.
Exchange Policy
If you receive the wrong size, an incorrect item, or a defective product, you may request an exchange within the allowed return period. Exchange requests are processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support team immediately with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement, an exchange, or a refund, where applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled within a limited period after purchase. Once production or shipment has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted or may incur cancellation charges.
